Me, Kandee Johnson & the Guru ladies of YouTube!

Yes... my main blog photo is of me with a women that most certainly inspires... Kandee Johnson.
I still can't believe that SeneGence was able to get Kandee to come to our Annual Leader Conference to teach us more about our amazing products and new application techniques. Ya know, it is funny how when you think you know something and/or you've got all the info you could imagine... to find out you don't. We can always learn from each other and I learned so much from her.

After watching her videos all year and having a "YouTube Affair" with her, then almost going to her "Glaminar" in LA.... (which I just could not make it to)... she pops out of my computer and into my life at a training event put on by SeneGence! It was great info & she shared some great tips. I cried when I first saw her because I know her story and I am so proud of her fearless "I'm gonna do this!" attitude. Talk about inspiration! She is beyond one.
Not only is she beautiful, but she is the perfect example of my blog title... Beauty on the Inside and Out. Her outer beauty is obvious, but her inner beauty does not compare.

I love following her to this day and still learn so much. She grows my spirit and reminds me to go for it, see the good, create beauty everywhere I can, and not to forget my values & strength.
To follow in her footsteps would be so hard, but I want to do what I can in my own capacity.

SeneGence products will always be my starting bag of products, but there are other products that I've come to love. And I've come to love them and learned so much through YouTube!
Here are my YouTube Guru's:
Kandee, Julia, Tiffany, Marlena, Gina, and Lauren. (They are my main go to gals) :-)

They have taught me so much... it is crazy! Seriously... crazy!
I've laughed, cried, disagreed, smiled, been newly convinced and most of all learned from them. Well, granted... it is a one sided relationship (ha!), for the most part. I guess I could post a video response and I actually did in May to Kandee, but I got scared and took it down (ugly fear reared it's head!). Yet, here they are posting their videos & tutorials all without that fear. They put themselves out there risking ridicule, judgment, loss of privacy, etc. Just because they believe in what they have to say and trust in their intentions. They want to show their desire to share, teach, give an opinion, and get honest with anyone that will or 'wants' to listen. (Admirable Ladies! Totally Admirable!)
I think it is amazing. AND If anything.... THIS is what I have learned the most:
To stop the fear! There is a list of bad that could happen (there always is), but why let that be my focus? If something does come up, I'll deal with it then. Meanwhile, I have to keep going, we all do. So that is what I'm going to do. Keep going and follow my truth. :-D
I'm going to keep taking steps into sharing, teaching, helping others.

Some questions for you:
What do you want to be remembered for?
What did you choose to do when you had the chance to make that BIGGER choice? (I plan to blog more about choices later)

So, in closing... I want to thank KANDEE (Julia, Gina, Julie & Lauren) and all the other ladies of YouTube for your choices. Your choices have inspired me to make better ones for myself.
Thank you doesn't even begin to tell you how grateful I am!

From me... to you all....

So, where to begin...

I guess you really just start where you are. Right?

It is early November 2009...

My intention with this blog is to share some techniques with an amazing product line that I teach application to others & offer as well for purchase. I wan to share style ideas to assist in the creating of a "You" that makes "You" feel great! Basically, to let you shine and show your inner beauty as well as your outer beauty.

Now to talk about the products:
There are so many products on the market. Some fall flat, some are over marketed, some are knockoffs, and some are exciting. I think I am promoting an exciting line and a company that empowers women, business, and lasting products that "make sense".

Make Sense is a company coined word that really does relate to the SeneGence line and what the products are meant to achieve.

I've been loving the products for 7 years now. That really says something. For me to stick with something and not be distracted by the next 'new' thing is actually remarkable. Actually, this company has done well to get on board with the next 'new' thing.

I'm impressed with our brand new Senederm Solutions products. They are dual purpose products that work to achieve more then just one thing. Great idea!

As for this month, I want to really get some videos uploaded (and stop avoiding & being intimidated by my new hi-tech camera ;-/). I want to inspire others get creative and learn about the line I love & how to use it. I'm also hoping to grow my and connect with the team I'm growing of women that also love the product, want to teach it too, meet incredible women, and create a customer/friend base of their own. There is money to be made, yes. But, that takes dedication, creativity, doing the work, and (my favorite) getting out of your own way!!

I want to be able to share my own journey too. What's happening to my own inner & outer beauty? Who inspires me? What matters in life and what creates ambition, drive, and making better choices. I hope to share and reflect on what you can achieve when you feel good about your outer appearance and how that opens you to share your inner beauty more.

We all can tap into the beauty that lives inside. But, I find it much easier to share it and show it, when you like what is 'going on' on outside.

More to come.... stay tuned and have a beauty filled day.
